Rathmhor’s focus is the success of its clients. The seed of the idea for the company grew persistently for several years. From 2000, founder, Campbell Ford, had increasingly been applying principles of professional development within the landscape of IT services roles with a major consulting business. Then, in the summer of 2012, the opportunity arose to establish Rathmhor, an independent business with the support and development of others at its heart.
Over the years, we have worked with client organisations and delegates in both public and private sectors. Our services include organisational development consultancy, delivery of management development programmes, design and development of bespoke workshops for management skills, and one-to-one coaching for staff at all levels. Rathmhor brings experience ranging from development programmes for SME businesses through to the challenges of managing and leading within large scale corporate environments.
Engagements can range from help from an individual consultant, through to deployment of a team of development professionals specifically selected to meet the needs of larger scale development programmes.
