What is Mentoring?
The Chamber Mentoring programme helps growing businesses by pairing them up with an experienced mentor: someone capable of helping to move you and your business to the next level.
Mentoring is the sharing of knowledge, skills and experience with another person in a relationship of mutual trust. Business Mentors can play an invaluable role in contributing to the successful growth and development of aspirational individuals and their businesses.
Mentoring provides a source of guidance and support for individuals in a business context in order that they can develop their skills, broaden their knowledge and maximise their business’s potential. We match our Mentors and Mentees based on their particular business needs, areas of experience and personality. Mentors are completely independent from the companies to which they are attached, their discussions and inputs are confidential, and they will provide objective advice and support to help you achieve your business aims.
