In recent years, there has been a growing focus on promoting the concept of employee-ownership of businesses. One of the key drivers of this is an assumption that these businesses out-perform conventionally structured businesses.
This event will explore this assumption and further delve into the growth performance of employee-owned businesses.
West Lothian College are delighted to have some leading speakers from the industry:
Dr David Erdal, Honorary Senior Research Fellow, St Andrews University
Professor Rovert Raeside, Professor in Applied Statistics and Director of ERI
Hugh Donnelly, Director of the Co-operative Education Trust Scotland
