Our Best Business Award 2022 goes to Workflo Solutions, one of Scotland’s leading managed service providers with extensive expertise in Managed Print Services, Digital Workflow Solutions, Electronic Document Management Software, Cloud Computing and IT Infrastructure Support.

This prestigious award recognises companies with a dynamic and proactive approach to business demonstrating positive growth.

DYW Regional Employer Award
The Glenmorangie Company

The DYW Regional Employer Award 2022 goes to The Glemorangie Company. They are one of the prestigious companies owned by Moët Hennessy-Louis Vuitton (LVMH). It is home to Glenmorangie Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky and Ardbeg Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, two of the world’s most respected whisky brands.

We are absolutely delighted to see The Glenmorangie Company winning this year’s DYW Regional Employer Award. The Glenmorangie team is so committed to inspiring and developing young people in our local area and their Apprentice Academy, launched in 2019, continues to provide excellent career opportunities for West Lothian’s young people. Their recent commitment to the Young Person’s Guarantee further demonstrates the organisation’s focus on creating the best possible early talent pipeline for the future and we look forward to continuing to work in partnership to develop the young workforce.

The Employer of the Year Award 2022 goes to Glen Drummond Ltd. An accountancy firm with proven solutions for the challenges small and medium-sized businesses face during their lifecycle (from start-up through to growth and maturity).

This award recognises an employer with a commitment to staff through their approach to learning and development and Glen Drummond has more than fufilled that!

Shona Sibbald Woman in Business Award
Jackie Galbraith

This year's Shona Sibbald Woman in Business Award goes to Jackie Galbraith, Principal, West Lothian College. This award recognises the hard work and achievement of businessnesswomen in West Lothian.

Jackie unfortunately couldn't join us on the night as the college was nominated for more awards thanks to her amazing work! Please do take a moment to watch her acceptance speech.

Environmental Champion
Brewster Brothers

Environmental Champion Award 2022 goes to Brewster Bros, a construction, demolition and excavation waste (C&D waste) disposal company providing sustainable waste management services and recycled aggregates to builders, construction companies, ground workers, utility contractors and concrete product producers.

This award recognises companies that have made changes to have a positive impact on environmental sustainability. This absolutely embodies all the work of Brewster Brothers making them very worthy winners!

Innovation & Resilience
Fitwise Management

Innovation & Resilience Award 2022 goes to Fitwise Management, a fully serviced office for healthcare organisations, delivering event management, membership services, bookkeeping, website development and income generation.
