Capital Service Solutions targets further growth with Jill Thomson appointment

Capital Service Solutions, one of Scotland’s leading specialist commercial cleaning firms, has appointed Jill Thomson as Head of Business Development, reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustained growth and strengthening client partnerships.
Jill brings over 14 years of experience within the cleaning and integrated facilities management sector. Throughout her career, she has built up a strong foundation of experience and industry knowledge holding roles with national and regional organisations including OCS and Spectrum Service Solutions.
She was most recently Customer Relations Director at Complete Cleaning Services, playing a key role in relationship management, stakeholder engagement and business development.
Her appointment follows the recent addition of Lawrence Curran as Head of HSEQ and Facilities Management, as the Livingston-based company continues to invest in robust operational structures, governance, and frontline leadership to ensure service excellence across its portfolio.

Capital Service Solutions provides commercial and specialist cleaning services and soft FM services including consumables, hygiene services, pest control, waste management and grounds maintenance to a UK-wide client base.
The company was named Business of the Year at the West Lothian Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards in 2025, recognising its sustained growth and focus on delivering consistent, high-performing services.
