West Lothian Chamber of Commerce introduces a new 2-month pilot programme for business owners and senior leaders hosted by Chamber Member - REGEN Room
As a business leader, your diary can fill quickly, decisions stack up and it can become increasingly difficult to find the time and energy to focus on your own performance and wellbeing.
That’s why we’re pleased to introduce an exclusive new opportunity for West Lothian Chamber of Commerce members.
Launching in October 2026, the REGEN Executive Capacity Programme is a two-month leadership performance programme designed specifically for business owners, directors, entrepreneurs, senior leaders and high-performing professionals.
Build your capacity to perform
Delivered by The REGEN Room, the programme takes a different approach by combining advanced recovery therapies with personalised performance coaching.
Over two months, participants will work on both the physical and cognitive foundations of performance, exploring areas including:
Sleep, energy, movement and nourishment
Identifying where your time and energy are being lost
Improving how you manage your personal capacity
Building greater resilience into the way you work
Creating a personalised 90-day Executive Capacity Plan to take forward after the programme
Depending on the package selected, the programme can also include eight Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions and eight Red Light Therapy sessions, delivered weekly.
Exclusive pilot opportunity for Chamber members
REGEN Room are offering this programme as an initial pilot to just 6 to 8 participants, giving members the opportunity to take part at a special pilot rate. More details are available in the attached documents.
