Xcite's Award-Winning Mini Rocks Returns for 2026 – Be Part of the Change in Our Community.

Following the success of our 2025 event, we’re excited to announce that our award-winning Mini Rocks Family Fitness Challenge is back on Sunday 17th May 2026 at Xcite Bathgate — and we would love to invite you to be part of it.
Mini Rocks is the celebration event of our Family Fitness programme, where families work together over several weeks to improve their fitness, confidence and teamwork. The final event brings children aged 8–11 together with their parents to take on 8 interactive obstacle stations, measuring their progress while focusing on fun, connection and shared achievement.
The benefits to our community are significant — improving physical ability for both children and adults, supporting positive mental wellbeing, building confidence and, most importantly, strengthening family bonds through shared activity. We’re incredibly proud that programmes like this contributed to West Lothian Leisure receiving the Innovation and Leading the Way Award at the UK Active Awards.

We are committed to keeping the event accessible and affordable for families. To help us do this, we are inviting local businesses to support the event in the following ways:
Sponsor an obstacle station (£250) – including prominent logo display on the station
Donate prizes to be presented on the day
Provide items for participant goody bags
